Personally, I love
zoos, national parks and every natural opportunity where I can get connected
with animals – even with big ones. My favorite wild animals are elephants so I’ve
been dreaming about to seeing them in live for a very long time now so when I
saw this place, I immediately fell in love with it!

The Anabezi Luxury
Tented Camp is located in Zambia's Lower National Park, where the whole of
Africa lies at front of your feet: the elephants, the big cats, the buffaloes
and the rhinoceroses as well, so you have the opportunity to see all of the “big
five” in one place – and not to forget, in a very luxurious way.

Because of the “big
five” the security is kinda serious at the hotel: for example there is a medical
services from 0 to 24 hours if there’s any injury, and if it’s need the guests
can be transported by a Jeep or a private aircraft to the nearest hospital.
Next to this, the first aid kit is easily available everywhere, but there is a stun
gun and fire extinguisher as well. The hotel’s staff claims that all of these
were not needed yet, but since the security is above all the hotel is not the
cheapest on the earth: it is expected to be $ 452,000 per day and for this
price you might get a not-so-camp-a-like hotel in Africa – even in Zambia too.

For this price, you
can choose from 12 exclusive self-contained cottages which have a private
plunge pool and a terrace as well – so the cottages are more like a luxury
wooden villas with a tent. If you are bored with yourself, you can explore
Africa in the most adventurous way: you can go to safari hiking, morning bird
watching or (next to the private plane and Jeep renting possibilities), you can
even have a cruise boat on the Zambezi River across the national park if you
want to see crocodiles in live.

At the camp, you can
really feel in the nature: for example, in the camping area, you can’t go back
and forth freely, but you must walk on the wooden, fenced roads to don’t
disturb animals in their natural behavior. The barriers are everywhere: there
are around the roads, the tents, and even around the lounges, so you can hardly
get lost!

The reviews on TripAdvisor
are overwhelmingly positive about the campsite: they claim that all inclusive
meals are heavenly and the hotel staff is very nice as well. The only negative thing
about the place was the wild animals loud voices… they can be very loud at
night and many guests requested earplugs to don’t hear them. I think it’s
because of the tents light wooden walls – they can do nothing with the loud
animals.
